We work systematically with health, safety, environment and quality (HSEQ) across all parts of our operations, and our management system ensures that we comply with applicable laws, regulations and industry standards and that we continuously improve.

Laws, regulations and standards we comply with
We conduct our business in accordance with applicable
Norwegian legislation and relevant standards, including:
The Working Environment Act and the Internal Control Regulations
require systematic HSE work within the organisation.
The Pollution Control Act and the Product Control Act
form the basis for our work to reduce our environmental impact, in line with ISO 14001.
The Transparency Act
We work systematically with due diligence assessments related to human rights and decent working conditions, in our own operations and our supply chain (see statement below).
The Personal Data Act / GDPR
governs our processing of personal data (see our privacy policy below).
Industry-specific standards
We comply with applicable EU directives, which are reflected in standards such as NORSOK, API and ISO, applied in accordance with customer requirements and the legislation governing the specific products or services we deliver.
Continuous improvement
Through our quality management system, we register and follow up on non-conformances, risk assessments and improvement measures. The Managing Director of Bluesolutions AS has overall responsibility for HSEQ work, supported by Mega Group's HSEQ function.
